mos.ru — City Services Video System

A long-term video production project for a major city web platform, focused on clear and accessible informational videos for online public services.

Over six years, we produced more than 650 animated videos in both 2D and 3D styles, covering a wide range of urban topics — from healthcare and public services to education, leisure, and everyday city life. The goal was to make complex information easier to understand, explain how digital services work, and help users navigate the platform more confidently.

My role combined project management, art direction, concept design, animation, production supervision, and workflow development. I managed a small team of motion designers, controlled deadlines and visual consistency, developed creative concepts, animated videos myself, and built reusable production templates for After Effects and Cinema 4D.

These templates included predefined camera movements, scene transitions, animation logic, and reusable visual elements, allowing the team to produce videos faster while keeping the result predictable and consistent within the overall visual strategy. Over time, we also built a growing library of characters, scenes, interface elements, icons, city objects, and visual systems that could be reused across multiple videos.

The project followed the platform’s brand guidelines while allowing enough creative flexibility to keep the content varied and engaging. In 2026, the production pipeline was significantly expanded with AI-assisted tools and custom AI templates, reducing the time needed for complex videos by almost three times while keeping the visual direction controlled and consistent.

This project reflects my strengths in long-term creative production: building scalable workflows, leading a team, maintaining quality over hundreds of deliverables, and turning complex informational content into clear, engaging motion design.
